What We Believe


 

  1. The holy bible (the Scripture) is the only Word of God; it is inspired by the Holy Spirit. 2 Timothy 3: 16
  2. The inerrancy of the Scripture 1 Peter 1:25
  3. There is One God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, the Three Persons in One. Ephesians 4:5,6; Matthew 28: 19
  4. The deity, of the Lord Jesus Christ, who is God the Son who came in manhood. Romans 9:5
  5. The Virgin birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, and His sinless nature and life. Matthew 1:18, 23; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 2:20;1 John 3:5
  6. The death of the Lord Jesus providing substitutionary atonement, His burial and His physical resurrection on the third day. 1 Corinthians 15:3,4
  7. Salvation is only by faith in Christ, in His death and resurrection. It is by the grace of God. Acts 16:31; Ephesians 2:8
  8. The imminent return of Jesus Christ. Revelation 22:7,12
  9. The resurrection of the dead who believe in Christ, at His return, He will receive them to heaven to be with Him for all eternity. John 5:28, 29; John 14:3
  10. Christ will judge all those that have not believed on Him, and cast them in the Lake of fire for all eternity. John 5:29
